Better together

You're not the only parent worried about this.

Setting tech boundaries alone is hard — kids push back, and it can feel like every other family has different rules. But when families at the same school commit together, everyone benefits. Your kids face less pressure, and you get the backup you need.

Stronger together

When multiple families make the same commitment, children experience less social pressure to get devices early

Choose your commitments

Select the commitments your family will follow. You can choose one or all three.

We will not give our child a personal smartphone until 9th grade. A basic phone is okay for safety and logistics before then.

We will not allow our child to create social media accounts before age 16.

We actively support unsupervised outdoor play, independent activities, and in-person socializing as the default over screen-based alternatives.
